- All prices listed on www.viso.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
- Please note that the prices on our website are subject to change at any time for any reason.
- We explicitly reserve the right to make changes to the price without prior notice, based on the current exchange rates.
- Orders take 2-3 working days to be delivered. Depending on the status of our courier post delay, it may take longer.
- Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide us a residential or commercial address
- All orders cannot be cancelled once purchase has been confirmed.

- Nationwide delivery : $6
- Over $50 purchase : Free
- You are eligible for a complete refund if the product is not the one you have ordered. You will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us through email within 5 days after receipt of the products.
- Viso will not be eligible to complete a refund in the cases that :
- the customer request a refund due to a change of mind
- the customer request a refund for any damage of their own fault
- the customer requests a refund for products that are opened
- for whatever reason we are made to believe that the product has been opened and or used by the customer
